About Joey Jacinto: Championing Strength, Equity, and Performance in High School Athletics

My name is Joey Jacinto, and I’m the Director of Strength and Conditioning for All4Strength. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, I’m committed to providing equitable access to high-quality training for high school athletes, regardless of financial background. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve witnessed the transformative impact of effective programming on athletic performance and personal development.

As a strength coach in the private sector, I realized that the majority of people who could afford to pay for services were adults and select youth. I wanted to expand my reach with youth and ensure that all students have access to quality strength and conditioning programs. In 2019, I decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Teaching, so I could become a high school strength and conditioning coach.

Currently, I serve as a health teacher and strength coach at Franklin High School, where I focus on empowering student-athletes and supporting educators with research-based training guides and resources. My mission is to help students unlock their potential both on the field and in the classroom.

As a Latino and son of an immigrant, I bring a unique perspective to the conversation around equity in athletics. I’m dedicated to creating inclusive spaces where all students can thrive and bridging the gap between public school resources and private training opportunities.

Through my work with All4Strength, I strive to ensure every student has the support they need to succeed.

Joey Jacinto- Team Strength and Conditioning director and expert. Joey was with us in the 2022/2023 seasons. And he changed the culture in our weight room and the lifts that our players were doing. There is a DIRECT correlation to our success on the field-to our work and workouts in the weight room. There is a REASON for EVERYTHING we do. The sets, reps, lifts, and cycles that our players go through for the 12 months that a season undergoes. Thank you Coach Jacinto. This is so much because of you.
